Full Kitchen Remodel – Spring 2012

This Kitchen Project is in Mt. Lebanon, in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. A complete new kitchen design and remodel is being done, including Maple cabinetry with stacked crown molding, granite counter tops with undermouned sink, ceramic floor and backsplash, and new appliances. Bulkheads were removed as well as the partition between the dining room and kitchen for a more “open-space”. Recessed as well and under cabinet “task” lighting were added. Customer went from electric to gas range.

Complete Cost of Project $30,000.00 installed (price of appliances not included).

Full Bathroom Remodel – Spring 2012

This Main bathroom Project is in Oakdale. The main bathroom is going to get a complete makeover including a new acrylic Jacuzzi soaker tub, ceramic walls with corner shelves and “nook” insert, ceramic tub skirt, ceramic floor, and custom made vanity with ceramic vanity top, lighting, Rex Glass 3/4 clear glass swinging tub door, new faucets, accessories, toilet, light bar and mirror.

Complete Cost of Project $12,350.00 installed.

Custom Tile Shower – Spring 2012

This Project is in Moon Township. The old smaller original shower was removed and we were able to utilize the wasted space beside the toilet to enlarge the shower area. A custom built shower was created with cement and ceramic shower base. A new larger ceramic shower with “nook” insert, brushed nickel grab bar, brushed nickel anti-scald shower faucet and hand held, and frameless sliding shower door was also created. A new elongated toilet, vinyl floor with new painted wooden baseboard and quarter round, and “banjo vanity top” with drop-in china bowl and brushed nickel lav. faucet was added as well.

Complete Cost of Project $8,500.00 installed.

Walk-In Tub Installation – Spring 2012

This Project is in Beaver County. The customer wanted easier access to enter and exit their bath tub as they are getting a little older in age. We installed a BMI solid acrylic Dual system Whirlpool/Air System with built-in Inline Heater, Roman tub faucet, Hand Held shower, Grab Bar, 6-Water Jets, 16 Air Jets, and Aromatherapy(gives scents off for relaxation). Also includes was a tub wall surround.

Complete Cost of project $10,750.00 installed.

Kitchen Installation with Seated Breakfast Bar – Spring 2012

This kitchen is a project in the South Hills Bridgeville area of Pittsburgh. We are using stock 36” tall Birch cabinets with laminated countertops, new laminated flooring, and new appliances. Bulkheads were removed. Wall was opened for TV viewing and a seated breakfast bar with lighting was added. Also added were a decorative hutch, recessed lighting, and a corner sink.

Complete Cost of project $18,460.00 installed (price of appliances not included).
